Cílem diplomové práce je popsat fungování regulace a dohledu na kapitálovém trhu v Bulharsku České republice a Nizozemsku. Je založena na dvou předpokladech. Zaprvé, že každá země bude mít nastaven systém regulace a dohledu odlišně. Zadruhé, Nizozemsko má tento systém sofistikovanější díky své delší tradici s tržní ekonomikou.
