Business Model Innovation of Selected Company

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na inovaci business modelu softwarového řešení OneCore. Teoretická část objasňuje pojmy podnikání, business model a analýzy PESTLE s Porterovou analýzou pěti sil. V praktické částí, je popsána aktuální situace ve společnosti Seyfor, včetně historického vývoje a aktuální struktury, která je klíčová pro popis business modelu oddělení OneCore. Dále je důkladně identifikován a popsán stávající business model oddělení OneCore. Následně jsou provedeny samotné analýzy a vyhodnocení současného stavu, a představeny výsledky interního dotazníkového šetření. Dále jsou navrženy inovace a strategie pro zlepšení business modelu. Tyto návrhy jsou pečlivě podloženy relevantními teoretickými koncepty a reálnými diskusemi a koncepty oddělení OneCore. Zahrnují široké spektrum doporučení od změn ve strategii produktů a služeb až po optimalizaci procesů a využití nových technologií.

Abstract:

This master's thesis is focusing on the innovation of the business model of the OneCore software solution. The theoretical part explains the terms as a business, business model, or analytical tools as PESTLE analysis and Porter's five forces analysis. In the practical part, the current situation in Seyfor is described, including the historical development and the current structure, which is crucial to describe the business model of the OneCore department. Furthermore, the current business model of the OneCore department is thoroughly identified and described. Subsequently, the actual analysis and evaluation of the current situation is carried out and presented, with the results of the internal questionnaire survey. Furthermore, innovations and strategies for improving the business model are proposed. These suggestions are carefully supported by relevant theoretical concepts and real discussions and concepts of the OneCore department. They cover a wide range of recommendations from changes in product and service strategy to process optimization and the use of new technologies.
