Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na jeden z nástrojů mezinárodně obchodních vztahů EU, a to na smluvní nástroje společné obchodní politiky ES/EU. The object of my work is contractual relations of external trade policy in European Communities. Those, together with autonomous tools, define commercial relations to the third states and set rules of their trades to each other. The thesis is divided into four chapters.
