Modern technologies for increasing the efficiency of provided social services

Abstract:

Diplomová práce popisuje determinanty ovlivňující efektivitu práce v sociálních službách podle zvolených kritérií. Cílem teoretické části práce je deskripce moderních technik pro zvyšování efektivity práce přes aktivní zapojení klientů a pracovníků do spolupráce (case management), efektivního plánování času (time management) a využití technik pro zvládání stresových situací (stres management). Praktická část práce je na základě kvalitativního šetření mezi respondenty zvolené cílové skupiny. Závěry diplomové práce poskytnou odborné i laické veřejnosti deskripci dané problematiky podle zvolených kritérií.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis describes the determinants affecting the effectiveness of Word in social services according to the chosen criteria. The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis is to describe modern techniques for increasing Word efficiency through the active involvement of clients and workers in cooperation (case management), effective time planning (time management) and the use of techniques for managing stressful situations (stress management). The practical part of the Word is based on a qualitative survey among the respondents of the selected target group. The conclusions of the diploma thesis will provide the professional and lay public with a description of the given issue according to the chosen criteria.
