Viscosity and crystal growth in Se95Te5 thin film
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na studium kinetiky krystalizace v tenkých vrstvách Se95Te5. Krystalizace byla studována pomocí optické mikroskopie, rentgenové difrakce a diferenční skenovací kalorimetrie. Dále byl studován vztah mezi viskozitou a růstem krystalů v připravených tenkých vrstvách.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is a study of crystallization kinetics in Se95Te5 thin films. Crystallization was studied using optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry. The relation between crystal growth and viscosity was studied in the prepared thin films.
