Tématem mé bakalářské práce je vyživovací povinnost rodičů k dětem. Ve své práci jsem se zaměřila mimo jiné i na problematiku výkladu současných základních principů pro stanovení vyživovací povinnosti rodičů k dětem. The theme of my bachelor work discusses the parents maintenance duty towards children. In my work I focused on the problem of interpreting the current basic principles for establishing maintenance duty.
