Tématem této diplomové práce byla zvolena problematika onemocnění celiakií jako zdroje rizika sociálního vyloučení adolescentů s tímto onemocněním. Teoretická část objasňuje základní údaje o této nemoci, pravidla dodržování bezlepkové diety, věnuje se sociálnímu vyloučení a životnímu období adolescence. The topic of this thesis is the celiac disease as a source of potential risk of social exclusion that the adolescents with this disease may suffer. The theoretical part explains the basic information about the disease, gluten-free diet compliance rules, and deals with social ex-clusion and the period of adolescence.
