Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice syndromu vyhoření u manažerů. Jejím cílem je zjistit, zda a v jaké míře jsou ohroženi manažeři syndromem vyhoření. Teoretická část se zabývá stresem, syndromem vyhoření, jeho příčinami, příznaky, prevencí a manažerskou profesí. Praktická část využívá kvantifikovanou metodu ve formě dotazníků a analýzu SWOT. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the problem of burnout syndrome in managers. Its aim is to find out whether and at what extent managers are endangered by burnout syndrome. The theoretical part deals with the stress, burnout, its causes, symptoms, prevention and with managerial profession, while practical part uses the quantified method in the form of que-stionnaires and SWOT analysis.
