Family House with the Place of Business

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem objektu rodinného domu s fitness ve městě Humpolec v úrovni dokumentace pro stavební povolení se zaměřením na posouzení kvality prostředí a návrhu soustav techniky prostředí. První teoretická část definuje možnosti zdrojů pro vytápění a možnosti přípravy teplé vody. V aplikační části práce popisuje základní informace o návrhu stavby, výběr zdroje vytápění a přípravu teplé vody pro navrhovaný objekt. Výstupem bakalářské práce je textová část zabývající se zdroji vytápění, přípravou teplé vody a jejich konkrétním výběrem. Přílohu tvoří výkresová část v úrovni projektové dokumentaci pro stavební povolení v rozsahu dle specifikace vedoucího práce. Součástí příloh je také posouzení konstrukcí na systémové hranici a budovy jako celku z hlediska tepelně technických požadavků.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of the building of a family house with fitness in the town of Humpolec in the level of documentation for building permit focusing on the assessment of the environment quality and the design of environmental systems. The first theoretical part defines the possibilities of heating sources and the possibilities of hot water preparation. The application part of the thesis describes basic information about the design of the building, the choice of the source of heating and the preparation of hot water for the proposed object. The output of the bachelor thesis is a textual part dealing with heating sources, hot water preparation and their particular selection. The appendix consists of the drawing part in the level of the project documentation for the building permit in the extent according to the specification of the supervisor. The appendices also include the assessment of system boundary structures and the building as a whole in terms of thermal technical requirements.
