Artifical Neural Networks in Chemistry

Anotace:

The aim of this study is to give a general view of the application of artificial neural networks in science and in particular the application of Artificial Neural Networks to solve some problems in chemistry and biology. A brief overview of neural networks, their history and a short overview of application areas where neural networks are applied are presented in Chapter 1. The theoretical background of artificial neural networks is introduced in Chapter 2, and results from the application of artificial neural networks in some examples are illustrated in Chapter 3.
