Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá proteomickou analýzou bakteriálních membránových proteinů. V práci jsou popsané bakteriální membrány a to konkrétně cytoplasmatická membrána, bakteriální stěna a ve stručnosti je popsáno pouzdro a glykokalyx. Popis bakteriální stěny zahrnuje rozdělení bakterií na grampozitivní a gramnegativní bakterie. U gramnegativních bakterií je uveden popis vnější membrány. V další části …more
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is aimed at proteomic analysis of bacterial membrane proteins. The thesis includes the description of bacterial membranes, mainly the cytoplasmic membrane and bacterial wall. It also describes the capsule and glycocalyx. The description of bacterial wall involves grampositive and gramnegative bacteria with the description of outer membrane of the latter type.
