Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na přiblížení zásadních historických období ve vývoji obecního zřízení a popisu orgánů obce, zejména jaká mají práva, složení a povinnosti. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter focuses on the approach of essential historical periods in the development of the municipal establishment and description of the municipal authorities, especially what rights they have, structure and their obligations.
