Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou oslabení dýchacího systému dětí mladšího školního věku a předkládá návrh souboru vhodných cviků. V teoretické části práce osvětluje základní pojmy problematiky, jako je oslabení u mladších dětí, úloha rodiny jako motivátora, možné příčiny, důsledky, formy a metody zjišťování oslabení dýchacího systému. Následně popisuje dýchací systém včetně svalů, také hodnocení. Dále práce vymezuje souvislosti dýchání a držení těla, popisuje držení těla, svaly a hodnocení. Přibližuje vadná držení a jsou zde popsány pohybové aktivity dětí mladšího školního věku. Následně jsou vysvětleny didaktické zásady zdravotní tělesné výchovy a vysvětlena kompenzační cvičení. V hlavní části práce je předložen zásobník cviků a návrh cvičební jednotky. Práce je shrnuta v diskuzi s popisem kladů a záporů, včetně doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

This master's thesis addresses the issue of weakening the respiratory system in younger school-age children and presents a proposal for a set of appropriate exercises. The theoretical part of the thesis explains basic concepts of the issue, such as weakening in younger children, the role of the family as a motivator, possible causes, consequences, forms, and methods of assessing respiratory system weakness. It then describes the respiratory system including muscles, as well as evaluation. Furthermore, the thesis outlines the relationship between breathing and body posture, describing body posture, muscles, and evaluation. It outlines faulty postures and describes the physical activities of younger school-age children. Subsequently, didactic principles of health physical education are explained, along with compensatory exercises. The main part of the thesis presents a repertoire of exercises and a proposal for an exercise unit. The thesis is summarized in a discussion with a description of the positives and negatives, including recommendations for practice.
