Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na trh práce, konkrétněji na nezaměstnanost v okrese Přerov a hromadná propouštění společnosti Meopta – optika, s. r. o. v oboru CZ – NACE 2670. Cílem je zjistit dopady hromadného propouštění a negativní vliv, způsobený pandemií Covid–19 na trh práce.
