Předmětem práce je charakterizovat institut oddlužení a analyzovat míru jeho využívání při řešení zadluženosti domácností v České republice, popsat a porovnat metody, formy, výsledky a dopady uspokojování pohledávek věřitelů v rámci oddlužení a v exekučním řízení. The aim of this work is to characterize the Institute of debt relief and analyze the degree of its use in dealing with household indebtedness in the Czech republic, describe and compare methods, forms, results and impacts satisfaction of the claims of creditors in the context of debt relief and in execution proceedings.
