Abstract:
V bakalářské práci je nejprve vymezen pojem státní občanství, dále je věnována pozornost jeho mezinárodnprávnímu významu, jednotlivým způsobům nabývání státního občanství s důrazem na správní řízení o udělení státního občanství. K problematice udělování státního občansví je zařazena také příslušná judikatura soudů, komparace s právní úpravou v jiných státech a statistické údaje.
Abstract:
The Czech Republic citizenship is, from the legal perspective, the highest possible degree of a foreigners integration into Czech society.
