Tato diplomová práce podává přehled o finančních rizicích bank a nástrojích jejich regulace. Popisuje vývoj Basilejských dohod od Basel I až po právě připravovaný Basel III. Dále je zde popsán proces implementace Baselu II do právního řádu České republiky. Abstract:
This thesis presents the financial risks related with banking system and their regulation. It also describes the development of Basel agreements from Basel I to Basel III - currently under preparation. Furthermore, the process of implementing Basel II into Czech law is described here .
