Abstract:
Práce se zabývá konceptem zaměstnanosti Provozního oddělení letecké služby Policie ČR. Shrnuje stručně vývoj od počátků předválečného policejního letectva, strukturu a činnost útvaru. Věnuje se především čtyřem základním pilířům zaměstnanosti a přístupům k zaměstnancům.
Abstract:
A content of the thesis is the Draft of the Employment Level at the Operating Division of the Czech Police Aviation Department There is a summary of its development from the beginning, a structure and an activity of the department. The thesis applies oneself to a task to basic parts of the employment level and an access to employeers.
