Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá porovnávaním jednotlivých obchodných spoločností z hľadiska ich založenia a dokumentov pri ich zakladaní. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na charakteristiku obchodných spoločností, ich základné znaky a delenie.
