Abstract:
Toll-like receptory jsou transmembránové glykoproteiny typu I, které jsou schopné rozpoznávat typické molekulární vzory asociované~s~patogeny nebo molekulární vzory poškozených vlastních tkání organismu spojené se vznikem nebezpečí. Abstract:
Toll-like receptors are transmembrane glycoproteins type I, which are able to recognize pathogen associated molecular patterns or dangerous associated molecular patterns. According to their characteristics they belong to mechanisms of innate immunity though they promote progress of adaptive immune response as well.
