Satire of modern era in the novel "Er ist wieder da" and his echo in Germany and in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
This thesis is based on the novel "Er ist wieder da"(2012) by Timur Vermes. The first part of the thesis describes the novel itself and its satiric critique of contemporary society. The second part deals with how the novel was recieved in Germany and in the Czech Republic. The main sources for this comparison are reviews of the book, which were publicated in each country.
Abstract:
Podkladem pro zpracování této diplomové práce je současný román "Er ist wieder da" (2012) od Timura Vermese. První část práce je zaměřena na román samotný, především na satirickou kritiku dnešní společnosti, která je v něm hojně obsažena. Druhá část práce se zabývá přijetím románu v Německu a České Republice. Hlavním zdrojem pro toto porovnání jsou recenze, které ke knize v obou zemích vyšly.
