Family mediation

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem "Rodinná mediace", kdy v teoretické části práce budou nejprve vysvětleny základní pojmy k danému tématu, tj. definice a formy mediace, její historie, dále se bude práce věnovat roli mediátora, jeho kompetencím, strategii a technikám. Poté bude pozornost věnována rodinné mediaci, a to z hlediska legislativního ukotvení včetně účastníků, druhů a fází rodinné mediace či mediačních přístupů. Cílem teoretické části práce je na základě rešerše dostupných odborných literárních a dalších relevantních zdrojů poskytnout informace o procesu rodinné mediace. Cílem praktické části práce bude analýza vybraných kazuistik z hlediska rodinné mediace při řešení rodinných konfliktů. Výstupem této práce je zjistit na základě poznatků v rámci zpracování teoretické části práce a z výsledků praktické části práce, jak může rodinná mediace být nápomocna v oblasti sociální práce při práci s rodinou.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic "Family Mediation", where the theoretical part of the thesis will first explain the basic concepts of the given topic, i.e. definitions and forms of mediation, its history, then the thesis will focus on the role of the mediator, his competences, strategy and techniques. After that, attention will be paid to family mediation, from the point of view of legislative anchoring, including participants, types and phases of family mediation or mediation approaches. The aim of the theoretical part of the work is to provide information about the process of family mediation based on a search of available professional literary and other relevant sources. The aim of the practical part of the work will be the analysis of selected case studies from the point of view of family mediation in the resolution of family conflicts. The output of this work is to find out, based on the knowledge gained in the processing of the theoretical part of the work and from the results of the practical part of the work, how family mediation can be helpful in the field of social work when working with the family.
