Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou disociačních konstant slabých kyselin a možnostmi jejich stanovení. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku disociační konstanty kyselin a zásad, také jsou zde zmíněny metody vhodné k měření těchto konstant. Abstract:
The Master's thesis is focused on the problematics of determination of dissociation constants of weak acids. The theoretical study includes the characteristics of the acid and base dissociation constants, it also compares conventional methods used for its determination and discusses advantages and disadvantages of each one.
