Methodology of the Procedure of the Designated Entity in the Elaboration of the Crisis Preparedness Plan

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na metodiku postupu určeného subjektu při zpracování Plánu krizové připravenosti. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na základní pojmy spojené s tématem, právní legislativu, základní dokumenty potřebné pro tvorbu Plánu krizové připravenosti. Rozeberu, co je to krizový stav a jednotlivé stavy do něj spadající. V závěru teoretické části se vyjádřím ke krizovému plánování ve zdravotnictví. Praktická část bude nejprve obsahovat krátký popis Fakultní nemocnice Brno (dále jen FN Brno). Poté si představíme metodiku postupu při zpracování Plánu krizové připravenosti a následně rozeberu celý proces společně s popisem metod, kterých lze využít. V závěru svojí práce provedu analýzu rizik a její grafické znázornění.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the methodology of the entity's progress in developing a crisis preparedness plan. The theoretical part focuses on basic terms related to the topic, law legislation, alemental documents needed for the development of a crisis preparedness plan. I'll discuss about what a crisis situation is and what the individual states that are part of it means. I'll end the theoretical part with crisis planning in health care. I will start the practical part with a short description of the FN Brno. Then I will introduce the methodology of the procedure for the creation of the crisis preparedness plan and then I will explain the whole process together with a description of the methods that can be used. I will finish my work by analyzing the risks and graphically illustrate them.
