Abstract:
Práce je věnována extrakci růží nadkritickou kapalinou a následné analýze pomocí GC-MS. Teoretická část je zaměřena na extrakci nadkritickou tekutinou a její možné využití. Experimentální část se zabývá extrakcí a následnou analýzou reálných vzorků růží.Abstract:
The work deals with extracting roses by using supercritical fluid extraction and analyzing by GC-MS. The theoretical part is focused on extraction with supercritical fluid and its use. The experimental part is about extraction and following analysis of real rose samples.
