Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na analýzu vnitřních vztahů v kapitálové obchodní společnosti. Za tímto účelem jsou nejprve analyzována příslušná ustanovení zákona o obchodních korporacích a nového občanského zákoníku. Následně je provedena analýza orgánů vybrané společnosti a jejich vnitřních vztahů. N jejím základě jsou zjištěny možné problémy a navržena jejich možná řešení.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of corporate governance. For this purpose, there are analyzed relevant clause of business corporations act and the new civil code, at first. Analysis of bodies of chosen company and their internal relations follows. On its terms possible problems are found out and possible solutions are proposed.
