Domestic violence its causes, results, and the possibilities of solving them in the conditions in our society

Abstract:

Svoji bakalářskou práci psanou na téma Domácí násilí jeho příčiny, následky a možnosti řešení v podmínkách naší společnosti jsem zaměřil především na to, aby se čitatel seznámil se základními pojmy, spouštěcími mechanismy, dopady na jednotlivé aktéry a preventivními opatřeními v dané oblasti. Zároveň jsem chtěl upozornit na závažnost tohoto sociálně patologického jevu a nabídnout určité možnosti právní ochrany a řešení jednotlivých případů domácího násilí. Do práce jsem začlenil své vlastní názory a zkušenosti, které jsem nabyl při své práci u policie, při řešení jednotlivých případů přímo v praxi a účastí na různých jednáních a konferencích, které se přímo dotýkaly této problematické oblasti. Mým úmyslem bylo, aby každý čitatel vzal na vědomí, že se tento negativní jev v naší společnosti vyskytuje a uvědomil si, že nikdo z nás nemůže být k němu lhostejný.

Abstract:

The purpose of this bachelor thesis, the theme of which is Domestic violence its causes, results, and the possibilities of solving them in the conditions in our society is that the reader learns the basic facts, the mechanisms that start this problem, the sonsequences that there are for the participant, as well as the precautions in this area of interest. At the same time the aim of the thesis was to point out the seriousness of this social pathologic feature, and to offer some possibilities of legal protection, as well as solution to individual cases of home violence. My own opinions and experience gained during my work for the police force, when solving the individual cases and also taking part at various talks and conferences have been included into the project. My intention was to inform the readers that this negative feature is present in our society and he or she will hopefully ralize that nobody ought to be indeferent to it.
