Bakalářská práce se zabývá aktivitami České republiky, které souvisejí s nestálým členstvím v Radě bezpečnosti (RB) OSN. Práce mapuje průběh kandidatur ČR na post nestálého člena RB v letech 1993 a 2007, příčemž zároveň představuje okolnosti a významné faktory, které se podílely na výsledku těchto kandidatur. The thesis focuses on activities of the Czech republic which relate to non-permanent memberhip in the United Nations Security Council.The thesis monitors the course of czech candidacies for non-permanent seat in the Security Council in years 1993 and 2007 , while also aims to present circumstances and main factors which have influenced these candidacies.
