Bachelor thesis called To Find Your Place: Hanne Ørstavik's heroines in search for one's self focuses on first literary period of contemporary Norwegian writer Hanne Ørstavik and the main female characters. The aim is to characterize the heroines by analyzing two of the author's novels, Kjærlighet (Love) and Like sant som jeg er virkelig (As True as I Am Real / The Blue Room).
