Bakalářská práce pojednává o významné esenciální látce pro lidský organismus – kyselině listové. Shrnuje současné poznatky o jejích fyziologických a biochemických funkcích, detailně popisuje metabolismus folátů v lidském těle a jejich význam v lidské výživě. The bachelor thesis is about the important essencial substance of human organism – folic acid. It resumes a current knowledge of physiological and biochemical functions, describes in detail the metabolism of folate in human body and its importance in human nutrition.
