Financial systems of foreign states, their overall performance, and ways of improvement

Anotace:

První část magisterské práce je věnována teoretické definici, strukturování a modifikaci finančních systémů cizích států, druhá část práce pak se zabývá analýzou účinnosti finančních systémů Německa, Polska, České republiky a Ukrajiny na základě komponentů - hodnotících kritérií jako: státní a municipální finance, finance subjektů podnikatelské činnosti. V poslední části autor s pomocí různých literárních zdrojů znázorňuje cesty a způsoby stabilizace fungování finančních systémů cizích států.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis informs its readers in the first section about the theoretical definition, structuring and modification times of financial systems of foreign countries. In the second section it informs readers about the analize’s results of the effectiveness of financial systems of Germany, Poland, Czech Republic and Ukraine in their main components: state and municipal finance, business entities’ finance. In the last section, using different sources of literature, the ways and mechanisms to stabilize the financial systems of foreign countries are summarized.
