Práce se bude věnovat bytovým politikám Komunistické strany Číny po roce 1978 zejména deskripci a pochopení vývoje, který vedl k vzniku tzv. „měst duchů“. Tento vývoj bude nastíněn na třech hlavních tendencích, kterými jsou komodifikace, privatizace a urbanizace. This bachelor’s thesis will tackle Chinese Communist Party housing policies after 1978 and especially those developments that led to and allowed for the occurrence of so-called „ghosts cities“ in China.
