Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sezónní sukcesí a složením fytoplanktonu, se zaměřením na sinice vodního květu, vyskytujícího se ve vodní nádrži Olešná u Frýdku-Místku během vegetační sezóny 2022. Celkem bylo provedeno 21 odběrů vzorků vody a měření vybraných fyzikálně-chemických parametrů vody. V práci je diskutován výskyt a abundance sinic vodního květu vzhledem k teplotě vody. Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis deals with the seasonal succession and composition of phytoplankton, with a focus on the cyanobacteria of the water bloom occurring in the Olešná reservoir near Frýdek-Místek during the 2022 growing season.
