Abstract:

Diplomová práce Hodnocení a management výkonnosti ve veřejném sektoru se zabývá problematikou výkonnosti ve veřejném vysokém školství. Předmětem zkoumání jsou dvě instituce z vysokoškolského prostředí v České republice a ve Francii. Specifika řízení a hodnocení výkonnosti na těchto institucích jsou v empirické části práce podrobena kvalitativnímu zkoumání. Na základě provedeného výzkumu jsou diskutovány nástroje, které se na jednotlivých institucích v daném ohledu používají. Práce dále také předkládá zhodnocení situace a možná ponaučení pro dané organizace.

Abstract:

The Master‘s thesis Performance Evaluation and Performance Management in the Public Sector deals with the issue of performance in the public higher education system. The research subject is focused on two institutions of the higher education system in the Czech Republic and in France. The characteristics of management and evaluation of performance in these institutions are subject to a qualitative research in the empirical part of the thesis. Based on the conducted research, the tools that are used in the institutions in this regard are discussed in the thesis. Furthermore, the thesis presents an assessment of the situation and refers to possible recommendations for the respective organizations.
