Diplomová práce seznamuje čtenáře s právním rámcem užívání informačních technologií. Práce přibližuje začátky počítačů a sítě Internet jak ve světě, tak i v České resp. Československé republice. Dále ozřejmuje pojem právo duševního vlastnictví, který je základním východiskem pro ochranu počítačového softwaru. This thesis introduces the legal framework of using ICT to the reader. It describes using of computers and the network Internet as in the whole world as in the Czech republic from the very begining.
