Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce vychází z teoretických poznatků ohledně rovnoprávnosti mužů a žen získaných v historickém vývoji. Zabývá se feministickým hnutím, emancipací žen v Čechách, rozdělením genderových rolí v rodině a práci. Cílem diplomové práce je hledání odpovědi na otázku jaké role zastává muž a žena v rodině a práci, na možnosti sociální pedagogiky pomoci při problémech současného genderu. Třetí kapitola se zabývá rovností žen a mužů v České republice a ve světě, odkazuje na právní normy upravující rovnost žen a mužů a vysvětluje pojem a průběh genderových auditů. Ve výzkumu jsem prostřednictvím analýzy odpovědí respondentů došla k závěru, že aktuálním problémem současného genderu je sladění práce a rodiny a s tím spojený problém role otce, který z důvodu pracovního vytížení, se dětem věnuje méně než žena.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is based on the theoretical knowledge of the equality of men and women gained throughout the course of history. It is focused on the feministic movement, women´s emancipation in Bohemia, the division of gender roles in a family and at work. The aim of this diploma thesis is to answer the question of what the roles of the man and the woman are, both in the family and at work, and how social pedagogy can help with the problems of the current gender. The third chapter is devoted to the equality of the men and the women in the Czech Republic and in the world with reference to legal norms regulating it. This chapter also explains the concept and the course of gender audits. On the basis of the analysis of the responders´ answers in the survey, I made a conclusion that the current problem of the contemporary gender is harmonizing work with the family together with another problem, which is the role of the father who, unlike the woman, devotes less time to children because of his workload.
