Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na pracovníky v sociálních službách a jejich postoj k umírání a smrti klientů. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části popisujeme pečující personál, smrt a umírání, postoje pečujících pracovníků ke smrti a umírání, paliativní péči a místa jejího provozování. V praktické části byl proveden výzkum kvalitativní metodou a to za pomoci metody hloubkového rozhovoru a následnou hloubkovou analýzou. Zkoumali jsme postoje pracovníků v sociálních službách ke smrti a umírání klientů, které jsme následně interpretovali.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on workers in the social services and their attitude to the dying and the death of the client. The work is divided into two parts, on the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part we describe a caring staff, death and dying, caring attitudes of workers to death and dying, palliative care and the location of the operation. In the practical part of a qualitative research method was performed using depth interview method, and following an in-depth analysis. We examined the attitudes of workers in social services to death and dying clients, which we then interpreted.
