Tato práce se zabývá rozborem syntetických cest k zavedení tetrafluorethylové jednotky do organických molekul v teoretické části a v praktické části je popsána optimalizace přípravy substituovaných tetrafluorethylových Togniho činidel, jejich prekurzorů na bázi hypervalentního jódu a testováním nových reakčních podmínek pro jejich přípravu, přičemž jsou diskutovány postupy pro navýšení měřítka syntézy …more

Theoretical part of this thesis deals with analysis of synthetic pathways towards tetrafluoroethyl unit in organic molecules, whereas the practical part describes the synthesis optimization of substituted tetrafluoroethyl Togni reagents, their hypervalent iodine-containing precursors and testing of new reaction conditions for their preparation, and approaches towards synthesis scale-up are discussed …more
