Model of the financial provision of the retirement age of the Czech pensioner

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá analýzou vybraných spořicích a investičních možností, které má jedinec, jenž se rozhodne postarat se o zajištění svých příjmů nad rámec státem vypláceného starobního důchodu. Tyto produkty mu mohou pomoci zachovat podobný životní standard, na nějž byl zvyklý ve své produktivní části života. Hlavním obsahem a cílem práce je komparace jednotlivých spořicích a investičních produktů dostupných na trhu České republiky umožňující individuální zajištění na penzi. Na základě uvedených zjištění bude v závěru práce stanoven nejvhodnější model, který může sloužit pro rozhodování budoucích českých penzistů při řešení této problematiky. Všechny alternativy jsou aplikovány na modelový případ jedince s průměrným příjmem a dobou spoření či investování v horizontu 35 let. Přidanou hodnotou práce bude nestranné určení nejvhodnějšího investičního a spořicího mixu pro konkrétní modelový příklad se zohledněním očekávané míry inflace a míry zdanění úrokových měr.

Abstract:

The thesis deals the analysis of selected savings and investment opportunities which the person who decides to take care of securing their income beyond the state-paid old-age revenue. These products can help him to maintain a similar standard of living he was used to in his productive part of life. The main content and aim of this thesis is a comparison of individual savings and investment products available on the Czech market enabling an individual retirement provision. Based on the above mentioned findings, the most appropriate model will be defined at the end of the thesis which may serve as a basis for future Czech pensioners in resolving of this issue. All alternatives are applied to the model case of a person with average income and saving or investing in the horizont of 35 years. The added value of the thesis will be the impartial determination of the most appropriate investment and saving mix for a specific model example taking into account the expected inflation rate and taxation of interest rates
