Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá pevnostní kontrolou klikové hřídele spalovacího motoru pro závodní motocykl. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnou problematikou namáhání klikové hřídele, popis jednotlivých provedení klikových hřídelí a následné představení kontrolované klikové hřídele pro jednoválcový motor. Praktická část začíná tvorbou simulačního 1D modelu v softwaru Ricardo Wave, který je vstupem pro namáhání klikové hřídele. Dále došlo k analýze kinematických a silových poměrů včetně volby zatížení klikové hřídele. Výpočet začíná analytickým řešením, dále pokračuje numerickým řešením s postupnou úpravou ve složitější sestavu modelu s využitím MKP. Na závěr došlo k vytvoření výkresové dokumentace a shrnutí veškerých poznatků tvorby práce.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the strength control of the crankshaft of an internal combustion engine for a racing motorcycle. The theoretical part deals with the general issues of crankshaft stress, a description of individual designs of crankshafts and the subsequent introduction of a controlled crankshaft for a single-cylinder engine. The practical part begins with the creation of a 1D simulation model in the Ricardo Wave software, which is the input for crankshaft stress analysis. Then, the analysis of kinematic and force ratios was made, including choosing the appropriate ways of loading the crankshaft. The calculation begins with an analytical solution, then continues with a numerical solution with a gradual modification into a more complex set of models using FEM. In the end, the drawings were created and all the findings of the work were summarized.
