Suggestion of effective way of staff motivation in Lion Teleperformance Company
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je věnována teorii motivace, která charakterizuje základní pojmy, zdroje motivace a motivační teorie. Částí práce je popis motivace zaměstnanců pardubického call centra firmy Lion Teleperformance, a. s. Dále je zde návrh nového způsobu motivace na základě dotazníku, který vyplnili operátoři tohoto call centra.
Abstract:
The bachelor work concerns the theory of motivation that characterizes basic terms, motivation resources and motivation theories. The part of the work is description of staff motivation of call centre in Pardubice Lion Teleperformance Company. The new way of motivation on the basis of a questionnaire is performed that has been fulfilled by operators of the call centre.
