Abstract:

Kofola group with one of its potential competitors, the Coca-Cola company in carbonated beverages industry. The results will be summarized, and recommendations will be made to improve the company's performance. This study presents a comprehensive financial analysis of the Kofola Group, compared with it’s formidable competitor, the Coca-Cola company, within the carbonated beverages industry. The primary objective is to establish a theoretical foundation for examining key financial indicators. Emphasis is placed on meticulous data collection from financial statements are profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements. According to this calculated quantitative analysis, this research implication selected financial analysis methods to assess Kofola’s performance metrics. These findings can be of significance in strategic recommendations aimed at enhancing Kofola’s market position, sales revenue, financial growth, cost efficiency and equity capital. These recommendations are tailored to fortify Kofola’s competitive edge against the Coca-Cola company in the dynamic beverage industry.
