New approaches to detect efforts in laundering the proceeds of criminal activities in the banking sector
Abstract:
Tato práce s názvem "Nové přístupy při odhalování snah o legalizaci výnosů z trestné činnosti v bankovnictví" si klade za cíl vyhodnotit nové přístupy při odhalování snah o legalizaci výnosů z trestné činnosti v rámci evropského bankovního sektoru, zejména na základě analýzy a komparace Směrnice Evropského parlamentu a Rady EU 2015/89.
Abstract:
This thesis entitled " New approaches to detect efforts in laundering the proceeds of criminal activities in the banking sector " aims to evaluate new approaches for the detection of legitimize crime proceeds in the European banking sector, in particular through analysis and comparison of European Parliament and the Council of the EU 2015/89.
