Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na konstrukční návrh chladícího systému pece. V teoretické části práce je detailně prozkoumáno základní rozdělení potrubí z hlediska typů, materiálů a konstrukce. Dále se práce věnuje tlakovým nádobám, především parnímu bubnu a závěsným podporám pro potrubí. V teoretická části je také zahrnut výzkumný problém, jehož řešení je klíčovým cílem této práce. Metodika práce podrobně popisuje použité návrhové normy a softwarové nástroje, které budou použity v aplikační části. V aplikační části jsou nejprve představeny zainteresované společnosti a specifika pece, pro niž je chladící systém navrhován. Následně je pečlivě analyzováno fungování celého systému včetně jeho individuálních komponentů. Aplikační část dále popisuje postup výpočtu pro chladící systém v souladu s navrhovanou normou, která se zaměřuje především na napěťovou analýzu s grafickým znázorněním namáhání a zohledněním konceptu zavěšení potrubí. Nedílnou součástí práce jsou také technické výkresy a 3D modely systému a jeho jednotlivých částí, které přispívají k lepšímu porozumění a vizualizaci.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the structural design of the furnace cooling system. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the basic classification of piping in terms of types, materials and design is examined in detail. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the pressure vessels, especially the steam drum and the hanging supports for the piping. The theoretical part also includes a research problem, the solution of which is the key objective of this thesis. The methodology of the thesis details the design standards and software tools that will be used in the application part. In the application part, the companies involved and the specifics of the furnace for which the cooling system is being designed are first introduced. The operation of the entire system, including its individual components, is then carefully analysed. The application section then describes the calculation procedure for the cooling system in accordance with the proposed standard, which focuses mainly on stress analysis with graphical representation of the stresses and consideration of the pipe suspension concept. Technical drawings and 3D models of the system and its individual parts are also an integral part of the work, which contribute to a better understanding and visualisation.
