Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vypracování podnikatelského plánu na založení nové svatební agentury se sídlem na severní Moravě. Práce je rozdělena do třech hlavních části, a to teoretické, analytické a praktické. V teoretické části je bližší seznámení s podnikatelským plánem, strukturou a jeho náležitostmi. Analytická část obsahu analýzy ovlivňující vznik a chod agentury. V praktické části je už zpracován konkrétní návrh s definovanými službami a finanční analýza pomoci níž se dospěje k závěru, zda agenturu založit.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the elaboration of a business plan for the establishment of a new wedding agency, which will be based in northern Moravia. The bachelor thesis is divided into three main parts – theoretical, analytical and practical. In the theoretical part is a closer acquaintance with the business plan, structure and its essentials. The analytical part contains analyzes affecting the creation and operation of the agency. In the practical part there is already prepared a proposal with defined services amd a financial analysis to conclude whether to set up the agency.
