Abstract:
Hlavním tématem diplomové práce jsou autorské odměny za opětný prodej originálů uměleckých děl (droit de suite). Primárním cílem bylo zaručit autorovi nebo jiným oprávněným osobám právo na určitý podíl z budoucích prodejů originálů jeho děl na trhu s uměním včetně aukcí.
