Proposal of partnership agreement for general partnership with commentary
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá společenskou smlouvou veřejné obchodní společnosti. V úvodní části je pojednáno o veřejné obchodní společnosti obecně, následně je pak návrh společenské smlouvy s komentářem. Práce je doplněna o doporučení při samotném sestavování smlouvy.

This dissertation deals with characterization of the general partnership. The body of this dissertation is about the proposal partnership agreement with commentary. The commnetary of the particular establishments has to make for explanation and expansion of dilemma that it deals with.
