Abstract:

Diplomová práce je věnována problematice vzdělávání v technických oborech. V úvodní části je diskutována důležitost technického vzdělávání na učňovských školách, vysokých školách a ve vzdělávání dospělých. Jsou diskutovány didaktické problémy a metody, které souvisí se zadaným tématem. Na podkladě této diskuze je připravena studijní opora k výkladu tématu ? Moderní metody a materiály pro sanační práce? s grafickým vyznačením důležitosti textu pro střední školy a vzdělávání dospělých a pro učební obory s maturitou. K studijnímu textu je uveden v příloze terminologický slovník. V příloze je uvedena prezentace výukové části v PowerPointu, která by měla sloužit učiteli ve výuce a obsahuje grafickou prezentaci s grafy, fotografiemi a příklady chování konstrukcí v praxi. Byl proveden didaktický test v bakalářském studiu s celkovým počtem dotazovaných 151, a to 66 mužů a 85 žen. V testu byly použity dvě úrovně otázek: první skupina (A) zdůrazňuje spíše znalosti střední školy a dříve odpřednášenou látku, druhá skupina pak nově přednesenou látku týkající se sanačních malt (B). V testu jsou porovnány odpovědi na skupinu otázek (A), (B) a celého testu (A+B) a to podle pohlaví dotazovaných a podle druhu střední školy. Cílem bylo zjistit, jak se projevuje předchozí druh školy na výsledcích testu a náročnosti otázek. Výsledek je možné formulovat takto: Není statistického rozdílu mezi muži a ženami, a to podle všech použitých metod. Avšak v rámci skupiny z metody mnohonásobných intervalových testů (Multiple Range Tests) je možné: - U mužů nalézt užší podobnost mezi výsledky testu studentů z gymnázia - stavební průmyslové školy a strojní průmyslové školy (lepší shoda) a studentů z chemické průmyslové školy - stavební průmyslové školy (horší shoda). - U žen nalézt užší podobnost mezi výsledky testu studentek z gymnázia - strojní průmyslové školy a chemické průmyslové školy a ve skupině gymnázium-stavební průmyslová škola -strojní průmyslová škola (lepší shoda). Obecně z porovnání výsledků testů lze říci, že absolventi chemické průmyslové školy i při malém počtu testovaných (5+5) vykazují nejhorší výsledky. Lze tedy konstatovat, že vliv předchozího vzdělání nemá významný vliv na výsledky testu. Také vztah (lineární regresní závislost) mezi výsledky testů mezi skupinou otázek A a B u mužů a žen z gymnázia - stavební průmyslové školy-strojní průmyslové školy a chemické průmyslové školy nenaznačuje relaci mezi bodovým hodnocením ve skupině otázek A a B u žádné školy. V závěru práce jsou na základě rozborů celého testu dána doporučení k zefektivnění výsledků studia.

Abstract:

Thesis is focused on education in technical fields. Importance of teaching technical fields in the school system, from training centres to universities and eventually after-grad programs, is discussed in the first part. That also include didactic issues and methods, linked to the given topic. Upon this discussion, learning support for the interpretation of the topic ?New methods and materias for redevelopment of buildig? including graphic marking of the important text for high schools, learning centres with graduation and adults?studies, follows. Moreover, there is a terminology dictionary attached as a supportive tool. Attached, you will find the PowePoint presentation with the content presented to students, including graphic presentation with graphs, photos and real examples. There has been didactic test in the bachelor program with 151 people interviewed ? 66 men and 95 women. The test included two-level questions: the first group (A) emphasizes high-school knowledge and earlier-lectured material, the second group (B) newly-lectured material linked to sanitation grouts. The test compares the answers for both group of questions (A), (B) and the total test (A+B) according to sex and high-school, aiming to find out, how the results vary depending on type of school and question complexity. The outcome can be presented as the following: There is no statistic difference between males and females according to all used methods. However, within the group of Multiple Range Tests method is likely that: - There is a narrow gap between results of male-students from the secondary school, construction-oriented high school and engineering-oriented high school ?better consistency?, and male-students from chemistry-oriented high school and construction-oriented high school (worse consistency). - There is a narrow gap between results of female-students from the secondary school, engineering-oriented high school and chemistry-oriented high school, and female-students from the secondary school, engineering-oriented high school and construction-oriented high school (?better consistency?). The results indicate that the students from chemistry-oriented high school (despite low number of students interviewed (5+5)), had the worst results. We concluded that the impact of the previous education doesn?t have significant effect on the test results. Furthermore, the relationship (linear recourse dependency) between the test results between the question groups A and B for males and females from the secondary school, construction-oriented high school, engineering-oriented high school and chemistry-oriented high school doesn?t indicate the relation between the assessment in the question group A and B for neither school. The final part include the recommendation to enhance efficiency of studies, upon the analysis of the test results.
