Employee benefits in construction companies.

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout a doporučit změny v systému odměňování prostřednictvím zaměstnaneckých výhod pro společnosti podnikající v oboru stavebnictví.Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí. První část je literární rešerše, kde jsou shrnuty nejdůležitější pojmy spjaty se zaměstnaneckými výhodami a také popsány nové trendy této oblasti. Rovněž jsou zde nastíněny daňové dopady zaměstnanec-kých výhod.Vlastní práce se skládá z vyhodnocení dotazníkového průzkumu, z analýzy závislosti vybraných kvalitativních znaků a také z doporučení změn ke zvýšení spokojenosti pracovníků. Nakonec jsou vybrané výhody ekonomicky zhodnoceny ze strany zaměstnavatele i zaměstnance.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to propose and recommend changes in the system of employee benefits for companies doing business in the field of construction.The thesis consists of two main parts. The first part is the literature review, summarizing the most important information about employee benefits, and also describing new trends in the field. It also the tax impact of employee's benefits are outlined.The following part consists of the evaluation of the questionnaire survey, of the analysis of dependence of selected qualitative characters and also of the rec-ommendation of the changes to increase the satisfaction of the employees. Finally, the selected benefits are economically valued by the employer and the employee.
