Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá studiem deformace tenkých vrstev SiGe slitiny vypěstované na křemíkovém substrátu za pomoci metody rentgenové difrakce. Po teoretickém odvození podmínek, při kterých k difrakci na krystalu dochází, následuje popis konkrétního uspořádání, při kterém byl experiment prováděn. In this work I deal with the study of deformation of the thin layers (SiGe alloy) grown on silicon substrate using the method of X-ray difraction. After the theoretical derivation of the difraction conditions on the crystal, the specific arrangement of the experiment is described.
